Careerfit

Careerfit is a tool developed by CPM for long-lasting career coaching. Naturally, the tool examines what people can do, as well as what they want to do. The latter goes beyond the typical HR skills. Careerfit takes that person’s perspective on life, his/her core values, etc. into account. Recognising these values and finding a match for them is the best guarantee for a sustainable path.

The Advantages of Careerfit®

  • You get an idea of what your future employees want, not only of their skills.
  • You gain insight into whether the passions and interests of your employees match the values and needs of your company.
  • Scientifically based, developed by the University of Ghent, in Belgium.
  • With Careerfit you recruit more sustainably, in the long-term this means less turnover of employees, more job satisfaction and fewer cases of burnout.
  • The tool is suitable for recruiting talent with a Master Degree and between 0 to 5 years of experience.
  • For large companies and growth companies that wish to invest in Talent Management.

Our approach

  • Step 1

    Appreciative approach

Our coaches take an appreciative perspective, which means that we first focus on what is going well and what we can learn from that to deal with things that are not going as well.

  • Step 2

    Focus on strength

We believe that everyone has unique strengths and that these are the key to solving various problems. That is why we go in search of talent together, to find out how we can optimally utilise this in the current context and how we can continue to develop.

  • Step 3

    Customisation

We don’t believe in “one size fits all” solutions; we prefer to discuss solutions and perspectives together based on the needs and the questions of both the company and the trainee. This could be in the form of an individual coaching process or in the form of team processes.

  • Step 4

    Feedback to the organisation

Together with the trainee and the organisation, we go in search of a deeper anchoring within the organisation and try to match the employee’s strengths, passions, and interests with the organisation’s needs.
